Describe how the information and hands-on skills you have learned in this course are like or unlike anything or any way you have learned before.
Basically, we have learnt this during the secondary time. However the course we learned were not as advanced as how the course we learnt today. Back to days before, all information were given to us from a to z. But in CUCMS, the lecturer act as a surface guideline for us, they don’t spoon feed us from cradle to grave.
Because of this criteria, we managed to fulfill the project given .These also help us to improve our understanding on the world of technology
How do the information and hands-on skills you have learned in this course complement what you have learned in other courses and what you will need to know for the real business world?
Basically, the information and hands-on skills that we have learned in this course will definitely help us in other course work of different subject tought. For example, in the future we might be given an assignment of science subject that require us to set up a website. Hence we can just to it without any hesitate since that we’ve learned this during the IT course work. Besides, this course work will be needed for the future real business world. For example, we might created few new products of medicine , so, we can just use this opportunity to promote our product via website which be the easiest and fastest mode.
Describe the process you went through to complete this e-commerce.
Firstly,. we went through the web design project requirement.
Secondly we discussed and chose the topic needed to be done on the course work.
Next ,searched for the information and images that are related to our topic.
We went through few scientific webpage to get the ideas.
We bought the “Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Flash, and Adobe Photoshop” software.
We have done the tutorial by referring to the internet.
We having a discussion to prepare the draft and decide which information and image that will be used in the webpage.
We started to develop the webpage.
What did you learn about yourself in the process of completing this course?
In the process of completing this course, we’ve realized that we’ve been very patient and supportive to each other when chaos loomed before us. Via this project, we’ve realized that its actually improve our communication skills
Describe the process you went through to complete this Digital Imaging project.
Firstly, we chose the related images that we want to used. Then, we crop the image by cutting the unwanted images on the same pictures. Other tools are used to modify the image become more attractive.(applying the technique on converting pictures to black & white, removing people or objects, and restoring old photographs)
Include where you got ideas, how you explored the subject, what problems you encountered, and what revision strategies you used.
Basically, we got the ideas of setting up this site was via reading and friend of us. We’ve realized that nowadays, people are getting annoyed to look after their health because of the life style of them. Therefore, by creating this site, we hope to make them realize and aware on the importance of healthy life .
Next, we searched trough the net on various pictures. We did few adjustment and changes by using adobe photoshop just to make it more attractive. However, we did faced difficulties to fill in the area where the object was by using the lasso tool.
What did you learn about yourself in the process of completing this project?
In the process of completing this project, we managed to gain bundle of knowledge and technique to make the pictures look more interesting by using the 4 elements in adobe photoshop (cropping the image, converting image, removing people or object and restoring old photographs)
What new knowledge did you gain and how did you gain it?
We learnt on how to used the 4 elements of photoshop. Besides , based from the tutorial given, we managed to understand better on how to suit one colour to another colour.
What are the key concepts you have learned in the process of completing this project?
The key concepts in this project was to know the technique on editing a picture.This technique can be applied via 4 elements on photoshop.
How can you apply this information?
This information can be applied whenever we wish to edit the pictures that we have without having trouble to hire or send it to the nearby photo image print house. Besides, it helps to save the cost of living since the economy of the country not really in a good phase.What ability does this sample of your work show?
This sample will make our works (pictures) look much clearer , sharper and nicer to be seen.
